Spinach and Artichoke dip has always been one of my favorite guilty pleasures. So, I thought, why not combine that with my ultimate favorite food…pasta! I’m not at all mad at the results. It came out really good and is definitely a dish that I will make again.
While this is not a traditional Italian dish, I couldn’t help but try and get creative when I realized I had a whole bag of carrots that I didn’t want to go to waste. What what created was a slightly sweet, cheesy, crispy bowl of deliciousness.
Roasted red peppers have a sweet and smoky taste that pair nicely with a little bit of cream and the saltiness of Pecorino Romano.
This is a pasta dish that my Grandma always made. It is packed with flavor and is so easy to make. Over time (if there is any left) it gets even better as all the flavors meld together!
